At MIDCON Data, we can scan your physical records to the medium of your choice. Our process involves scanning your documents and running Optical Character Recognition (OCR), which allows you to search your files by keywords, so you can find what you need quickly.
Scanned documents can be stored or accessed through our secure online portal, which can be indexed with up to 45 fields and multiple security levels to keep your records private and confidential. We can support you with document inventory and pre-scanning preparation, big or small, to make the process as easy as possible.
Need to manage your records remotely? We have an online customer portal, so you can keep track of your records no matter where you are.
